Premier Service

With leased equipment or a full service contract the
following services are provided:

Installation, Training, and Start-up:

WECO will assist in ensuring a proper installation and then a technician will be present the first day of the season to make sure there is a smooth start. Technicians will also train personnel on the proper use and maintenance of the sorter.

24 x 7 Technical Service:

Factory technicians make routing service visits throughout the season and are available 24x7 for any service need. Parts, labor and travel are all included in the lease price.

Annual Refurbishment:

At the end of the season WECO will retrieve the sorter and completely refurbish the system. All reject fingers are replaced with new fingers and cameras are calibrated.

Upgrades:

Any software upgrades or hardware modifications that are developed will automatically be installed in all systems.
